I’m a twenty year old gal known as Kat or Katherine.  Some basic information:  I attend Stony Brook University and am in my third year.  I once seriously considered “photography” as my career choice, but as of now it’s more a hobby of mine.  Right now, I’m focusing in the field of healthcare. Free-time-wise, among other things, I have a euphoric love for concerts, cinema, eating good food, coffee, tea, & a good book here and there.  I make a lot of mistakes, but I have no regrets.  I think life is too short, and it’s silly to live in anger, resentment, shame, etc. towards someone, especially yourself. I think things happen for a reason, mainly to help you grow and learn.  I don’t think we ever stop learning from life’s lessons, and I’ve still got a long way to go.

     I’ve had this Tumblr since 2009.  It’s mainly a representation of the things I’m feeling at a given moment, personal posts once in a while, but a majority of it is music, movies, and television-related posts.  Music is a huge part of my everyday life, and during the fall and spring semesters, you can check out my radio show on WUSB 90.1FM.

     Anyway, it would be silly to think that an “about me” could sum up anyone’s existence. If you want to get to know me, I’m always up for a good conversation. You can hit up my ask box, and I’m never opposed to making another friend or helping out if you need advice :)
